Šodien redzēju pirmās divas sērijas no Amerikāņu/Japāņu spēļu šova “I Survived a Japanese Game Show”, jeb “Majide”. Jāsaka šovs bija vidēji izcils, bet man diezgan patika, bija vietas kur pasmieties. Spēlētāji cīnās divās komandās savā starpā par ceturtdaļmiljona dolāru un vairākām citām balvām. Šovs lika man nedaudz padomāt, kā arī pasapņot. Katrā daļā uzvarētāj komanda dabū balvas, piemēram, ceļojumu uz Fuji kalnu. Zaudētājiem bija jāizcieš sods, kā piemēram, jātīra Tokijas metro stacija. Protams zaudētāji ar to ir ļoti neapmierināti, bet savu sodu izcieta, bet viena dalībniece gan vienubrīd kategoriski atteicās tīrīt un šrubēt. Tas protams nozīmētu to, ka viņai būtu jādodas mājās, uz Ameriku, tāpēc beigās gan viņa piekrita.

Cik cilvēkus esmu sastapis, gandrīz katram ir savs sapnis, bet šoreiz es konkrēti runāju par ceļošanas sapni, par vietu, kur tu vēlies kaut vienreiz dzīvē aizceļot un pabūt. Dažiem tā ir Parīze, dažiem Ņujorka, citiem varbūt Spānija, bet man tā ir Japāna. Vienmēr ir gribējies tur aizbraukt, kaut vai uz vienu dienu, ja vispār iespējams. Tajā šovā lielākā daļa dalībnieku bija parasti mirstīgie parastos amatos, kuriem arī būtu ļoti grūti dabūt naudu lai aizceļotu uz tādu tālu zemi, kā Japāna. Tāpēc arī tie kas to sodu izcieta, daudz nesūkstījās (izņemot to vienu dalībnieci, kas pati atdzinās, ka ir bagātākā viņu starpā ;) ) bet darīja savu darbu, un pat otrajā zaudēšanas reizē teica, ka bija jautri izciest sodu (otrajā reizē bija jāvāc golfa bumbiņas no lauka, un jākomunicē ar Japāņiem, reizē mācoties runāt Japāniski :) ). Ja es būtu šova dalībnieks, es šo soda izciešanu uzskatītu par sava veida samaksu par to, ka es varu piepildīt savu ceļošanas sapni un būt, redzēt un sajust pašu vareno Japānu.

Ir svarīgi mēģināt piepildīt savu sapni pēc iespējas ātrāk, kamēr tas ir iespējams, jo vēlāk dzīve liks priekšā šķēršļus un vēlāk ceļošana uz sapņu zemi liksies aizvien neiespējamāka un neiespējamāka, līdz cilvēks par šo savu sapni aizmirsīs pavisam uz visiem laikiem….

Šodien braucot trolejbusā, es kā vienmēr biju uzlicis savu pod’u un klausījos mūziku. Tad es aizdomājos…….par mūziku. Es visu savu mūžu esmu klausījies lirisku mūziku. Vienmēr manas mīļākās dziesmas ir tās, ar kuras vārdiem es varu asociēties, kuras man liek sapņot, brīnīties un kustēties uz priekšu. Klausoties dziesmas, es varu just, es to nevaru īsti paskaidrot, bet es domāju ka es jūtu, kad izpildītājs dzied patiesi no sirds. Man nekad nav patikuši tucinieki, un es aizdomājos, bet kā tad ir ar šiem cilvēkiem, kam patīk elektroniskā mūzika? Šaubos, ka cilvēkam var būt jebkāda saistība ar pokerīgu seju, vai umauma :/ . Man šķiet ka šiem cilvēkiem mūzika nav tik svarīga daļā no dzīves….nē, no paša, kā tiem kas ieklausās dziesmu vārdos. Un es nerunāju tikai par tuciniekiem, šeit tiek ieskaitīti arī pāris mainstream rock grupas (piem. Linkin Park, pilnībā nekā neizjūtu klausoties viņu dziesmas) un ļoti daudz death/metal/core izpildītāju.

Iespējams tāpēc ka mūzika ir daļa no manis paša, es esmu nolēmis ķerties šī paša skaistuma radīšanai, un pašlaik esmu grūtajā mācību procesā. Viemēr, kad es klasos kādu gabalu, kas man patīk, es nokļūstu pavisam citā pasaulē :) . Tas viss jau aizgājis ir tik tālu, ka es naktī nevaru bez austiņām ausīs iemigt >.< …

Nodomājām, ka ja jau reiz te esam, jāiziet ielūkot.

Jāsaka, ka tas bija tā vērts.

Izstādes bija tādās formīgās siltumnīcās. Visas bija intresantas, abstraktas un surreālas.

Man visintresantākā likās šī govs. To īsti nevar aprakstīt vārdos. Tas bija jāredz ar paša acīm.

BET! Tomēr VISintresantākais izstādē, bija videoizstāde. Tā atradās tādā kā kuģītī, vairāk gan kā peldošā platformā. Bija jānoiet pagrabā (zem ūdens līmeņa), kur atradās vairākas tumšās izstabiņas ar televizoriem. Izstabu vienīgais apgaismojums bija gaisma no ekrāniem. Pie katra televizora bija austiņas, lai varētu dzirdēt arī filmām pielikto skaņu. Jāsaka, ka dažreiz vads bija par īsu >.< …

Ar nožēlu saku, ka televizoru filmu nespēju iemūžināt, bet es varu nedaudz pastāstīt. Katra filma bija 3-10 minūšu gara. Pirmā filma ko redzēju, bija dramalama, kurā vienu džeku izseko un grib nogalināt killere. Filma bija mākslinieciski uzņemta, un 80% sastāvēja no nekustīgiem kadriem. Skaisti :).

Bija arī filma, kas burtiski rosīja ķermenī fizisko aktivitāti, pat nekustoties. Tā bija filma, kur uz vienkrāsainiem foniem, cilvēki vingroja, spēlēja tenisu, šautriņas, nu, pilnīgi visus cilvēkam iedomājamos fiziskos treniņus un sporta veidu. Filma bija unikāli sakombinēta.

Tad bija arī šizo gabals, kur bija tikai viens aktieris. Filma bija par to kā viņš ielien kastē, un par domām, kas raisijās viņa galvā. Riktīgi slims gabals :) . Tad bija arī īsgabals, veidots no plastalīna, kas saucās “Tante Gaļa”. Tas bija diezgan episki rēcīgs, ka tante stāv ziemā pieturā un gaida autobusu. Gribēja apčakarēt vienu pamatskolnieku, bet beigās apčakarēja sevi.

Tad vēl bija gabals, kurš bija filmēts Centrāltirgū. Tur citēja kādu noteiktu prozas gabalu. Īsti tagad nespēju atcerēties, varbūt Jānis to var XD ?

Vēl bija uzzīmēts gabals, kas bija, nu, ļoti skaists. Tas bija pats pēdējais ko redzējām. Viņš tika rādīts no prožektora. Telpā bija četri beņķi, un varēja izbaudīt šovu. Nu, tur bija zīmēti punkti un līnijas, pa kurām vilkās lapas, putni, tārpi un citi radījumi. Skaisti.

Ā, un vēl bija šitais ;P

Beidzot pienāca mans pirmais tūkstotis (OVER9000?) trešais tūstotis skatījumu manā DeviantArt lapā. Tas nozīmē, ka esmu izaudzis no nubito uz kādu jau atpazīstamu seju iekš dA. Tiem, kas nezin, DeviantArt ir mākslinieku komūna, kur jebkurš, fotogrāfs, zīmētājs, amatnieks, liriķis, u.c.  var dalīties ar saviem gara darbiem ar pārējiem ~8 milj. lietotājiem un 36 milj. skatītāju (ne-lietotāju, gadā). Un nu jau man ir 19 48 50 lojāli fani, kas regulāri skatās manus darbus :P . Varbūt tieši tagad tas ir novēloti, bet gribās paskatīties atpakaļ uz 2008. gadu. Kā tas tika pavadīts…

Notika tik daudz labu un reizē arī sliktu lietu. Brīnums, ka visām tām bija tik daudz laika xD. Man bija daudz jautru laiku, bet diemžēl, ne tik daudz kā citus gadus. Es domāju, ka 2008. es biju daudz pasīvāks, nekā jebkad. Šogad esmu nosolījies to mainīt ;P . Vismaz esmu pārtraucis būt slinks un cerams šīs gads būs daudz produktīvāks…….cerams.

2008. bija arī pildīts ar ļoti lielu kvantumu dramalamas/drāmas, gan Onlainā, gan dzīvē. Šķiršanās, satikšanās, drauzības sākšanās, izjukšana, aizmiršāna, visu to es redzēju sev visapkārt notiekam, bet ne ar mani, par ko es esmu priecīgs? Nez. Varbūt man gribējās kumosiņa pašam no visas tās dramalamas, kas notikās visulaiku (nav jau tā, ka man netika NEKAS xD).

Visā visumā, 2008. gads bija pagaidām visliktākais gads manā dzīvē, vai varbūt man tā tikai liekas, pēc pēdējiem tā mēnešiem. Citi gadi bija labāki. Vienīgā labā lieta bija jaunā gada tusiņš ^^. Tas bija diezgan jautrs. Man liekas, tas bija jautrs, jo visi zināja, ka beidzot 2008. gads iet prom, un jaunais, 2009. atnesīs jaunas, svaigas vēsmas. Un varbūt tieši tāpēc 2009. būs labs gads :) .

Cerēsim, un laimīgu jauno gadu ^.^ (lol, janvāra vidū xD).

So, it finally arrived.
My first thousand pageview in DevianTARD. Or more  precisely 1380th pageview (oh wow, they grew  to whole 380 overnight). And I now have 19 loyal fans :) .

I finally grew from a boy to a real man xD. It’s really a good start in a new year.

Looking back in 2008. I must say, that many good and bad things happened. I had some fun times, but not so much as other years. I mean, I think I was more passive in 2008. than ever, in my life. Atleast, I stopped to be so lazy, and hopefully, this year will be more productive for me.
Also, 2008. was filled with TONS of dramalama, both IRL and Online. Breakups, crushes, fights, broken friendships, all that I saw around me, but I must say, none happened to myself, which I am happy for? IDK. Maybe I wanted something drama-like to happen (it’s not like there was no drama AT ALL for me, but……).

All in all, in comparison, 2008. was the worst year in my whole life. Other years were much better. The only good thing was the new year party, which was fun, like, really fun. I guess it was fun because 2008. was going away, and maybe this means, that 2009. will be a good year.

Well, lets hope so. Everybody have a great 2009. and good luck ^.^

When I first saw the final product, I laughted xD . I laughted a lot. It was hard to finish to watch what I and jancha had made. It was supposed to be a amateurish horror movie, and it ended being a lol’edy (maybe we thought it would end up that way anyway :P ). Anyway, this was something totally random for us, and our first time filming something. I’m a photograph, not a movie produces ^.^ . As we would say it, “we did it for teh lulz”.  The idea came up random. While our friend was working, I and my friend jancha got bored, and we made a short with me running from a crazy axe man. Later on it came into an movie idea xD . And then came many scenes and many takes >.< . We also filmed a “Crib” parody (lol) and a short Jon LaJoie “Show me your Genitals” parody XD.

Thanks to my friend jancha, who did all the movie montage. More epicteaminc movies coming sometime soon to your local theaters.

Life just sometimes grabs you by the balls. And sometimes, it hurts.

Recent happenings doesn’t show up to anything good. There haven’t been a single positive thing in the last half-year.  I quit my job, so I’m now always low on money, I have been to only one party in the last 4 months, and it pretty much sucked, father got fired from his job (along with 15 others), also, he got heart problems and was placed in hospital and he won’t get his much needed operation, since all operations have been cancelled due to economical crisis, my PC broke right in the middle of my WoW subscription time, new router died today, right before the last day of my WoW subscription time, I can get my PC back Monday , but I’ll have no WoW or internet at all (also, they f up, since they didn’t check the HDD, which was dead) , and the worst of all, my mother is likely to get fired sometime soon, probably next year.

Oh, and also, no christmas this year, since we can’t afford to celebrate :/ .

And what good happened in the last 6 months?

Ehhh…….

I think Nostalgia is one of the most painful things in the world.

In the last year, many old things have came back to me, making me feel nostalgic. Videogames, old schools, my old jobs, old music and old movies, and my old friends.

Especially old friends.

The most intense notalgia was recently, or more precisely, today. I was playing easly World of Warcraft on official server, when I really don’t know why, but I decided to look at the old ragezone forum and ragecraft private server. It was totally on a whim. And what do I see there O.O . When I thought that my old guild “Alliance District” where I met two of my friends from Estonia, Prawlock and Nutcruncher, was dead, there they were. Still playing everyday, the guild is working like nothing had ever happened. I mean happened THEN, when we decided to leave…….

I still remember it today as it was only yesterday. The server was in a state of panic. It was holding on a thin string. The main sysop was killing everything and everyone. Players quit by days. from 120 to 100, from 100 to 80, and from 80 to 60. It looked like it really was dying. So did “Alliance District” decided to leave the server. It was like titanic. The next thing I remember was, that we lost contact with everyone. And it was the moment everything ended. All the fun times together. THE END.

or was it?

The only people who lost contact and went black was I and my friend jancha (cacaman, see “Pagrabs”). Fast Forwarding the tape, we are now more than half a year later, on official server, playing the real game. I think we started just because of that one thing. We felt nostalgic. We wanted to feel the old feelings we felt when we played on Ragecraft.

But there is one problem.

Atleast I miss our old friends….
I don’t feel the real nostalgy I was looking for….

I was happy so the sheep was happy :)

In my life I’ve met many kind of people.

I have also met many kind of artists. Artists of diffrent kind and styles. And some time ago, I’ve found the artist in myself. When I was younger, art was something really blurry for me. I saw only one corner of what you would call, a multangular figure.

Now, I have met and am currently sketching on two of those sides. Music and Photography. I feel some kind of a beat in those things. A drum beat of a heartbeat. I really don’t know, but I can really say, that my life has changed since then.

Like I said, I’ve met many artists. Some, who are talented, some who aren’t talented, and then there are artist wannabes. If you know how to draw/paint or play an instrument doesn’t automatically make you an artist. Artists are people, who express themselves throu’ something. In my case, in photography and music. Like, in music, I compose and play as I feel. not as I need or have to. I have my own personal sides added to my music and lyrics. And in the case of photography, I take of photos of what I feel, I add my own persona to those photos. I’ll never, ever will try to imitate or emulate someone other, just because it looks “cute” or “cool”. Even in such simple things as making a banner for my friends blog, I added my own persona to it. It actually doesn’t care, if it looks good or bad to others. It’s what my persona looks like.

Like, my father is an life-long artist, and I can clearly see his persona in his drawings, photos and music. It’s like looking throu’ a lymph.

I remember what one person I know said to me. “There are photos I am ‘artistic’ in and photos I don’t put my ‘artistic side’ into. I say bullshit on this person. If you’re an artist, you should know, that it’s impossible to not to put your persona in something you make. And yes, I clearly know, that this persona is an wannabe.

Also, there are people who have an artist inside, but have little to no talent. Only thing I can recommend to those people are to practice, practice and practice some more. I from the beginning was with little talent too :P . But by the time, I gained some skills and knowledge.

And I’m still learning….

A long time ago, in a galaxy club, far far away…..more like 1 month ago. So, about ~1 month ago my sisters jacket was stolen in a club called “Swamp”. It was kinda expensive jacket, so she decided to play dectective and look up on the thief. And what do you know, she found him O.O . He putted an Ad in biggest internet community here. Excatly 1 month passed between the stealing and the Ad. The thief didn’t know, whom he stole the jacket from, so my sister decided to pretend to be the buyer.

So, here I was, sittin’ and playin’ zombie-mod unknown of nothing, when my sister walked to me, and asked if I can go with her to center to meet the thief. So, I quickly canned zombie-mod to ask my friend, If he could come with me and if possible ask some other guys to come along :) . Said and done, he asked around who could come.  Sadly, it was Friday and already 17:00 (5PM), so everyone was in some other places or towns, doing their jobs….of drinking :) . So, we were 4 (including my sister), and we drove to the center with the pulic transport.

From the start it was the thief chasing us. Firstly, we told him to meet us at the ex-post office (because it is really silent there, and if a fight would’ve caused…… >:3 ).  But then he told us to meet in from of central station (near). After a while, he sms’d, to meet in front of Hesburger (fastfood “restaraunt”). And after a while……what do you guess, he wants to meet us in front of Circus O.O . Dragging us to an excursion around center, we finally went there and waited. Ofcourse, the tief didn’t know that there were “us”. He only thought it was my sister, so we were unsuspiciously following her. Us 3 were ready for a fight to occur.

But what do you know, there was a woman there. Unsuspiciously waiting, we waited for my sister to confirm that it is her jacket. She gave us the sign, that it is hers, so we walked to the thief. My 2 friends were kinda slow :( . We got hold of the jacket, and told her that this jacket is stolen and that stealing is bad :P . Some guy approached us and started to shout that he knows nothing, grabed the jacket AND RAN OFF. Man, if he wasn’t fast :/ . Ofcourse, he was her comrade. we started to chase him, but he was too fast. Hehe, two guys seeing a guy running with a jacket and us two chasing him, started to chase that guy too. Good people are on this world too ^.^ .

But sadly none of us caught him. When I got to the first crossing, I lost sight of him. He was gone with the jacket. But, we knew, that They were from newolaine, so we went to the train station and we waited there. We got the thief describet to the ticket conductor, and we searched the train. 2 time finding nothing, we wen’t out to wait there, in case they’re coming.

And this is where it became hellish XD ……. We saw a woman going into the train. She looked really like her. Blaxk hair, very, very similar clother, the same handbag and the same purple bag (really the same) where the thief holded the jacket. So, we went in and confronted her. The station’s police were there soon enought and we went with them. It was not until the questioning that my sister noticed, that this woman wasn’t the thief >_>” . But, man, if they’re lookalikes. But the police we’re forcless (or lazy) and they didn’t even ask us of the photorobot. So, this epic battle ended with an apology and a story to tell grandchildren :)
